Students are accepted any Monday that there is space available. The school is closed the following days in the 2012 school year:
- January 16 - Martin Luther King
- February 20 - President’s Day
- April 6 - Spring Break
- May 28 - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- September 3- Labor Day
- October 8 - Indigenous Peoples Day
- November 22 & 23 Thanksgiving Holidays
- December 24 through January 1 - Winter Break
