GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES

This institution is recognized by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education as meeting and maintaining certain standards of quality. It is the goal of L.E.N. Institute to provide educational training programs of quality. When problems arise, students should make every attempt through the formal complaint procedure within the institute to find a fair and reasonable solution.

 

Students seeking to register a complaint, resolve problems, or gather further information regarding policies should first contact the school Administrator.
